Double walled having Argon welded Inner Stainless Steel -304 grade chamber and Exterior with CRCA Steel – Powder coat finished.
Inner made of Stainless Steel – 316 grade and Exterior of Stainless Steel – 304 grade in GMP MODEL.
Castor Wheel for easy movability.
Full view observation Acrylic door to observe sample inside the chamber.
Illumination is provided through fluorescent tubes for clear visibility.
Air Circulation ensures more stability of condition & even distribution inside the chamber.
The temperature & humidity controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temperature & RH {6f30ed48b7f1c310fe3f44154c80441c6f9c81a8014c7599f43619f36c380ae4} Controller & PT – 100 sensor for temperature & Humidity sensing.
High Efficiency CFC Free Cooling system
Humidification through steam injection system.
Reservoir Water Tank having float valve provision.
Adjustable & removable S.S. Rod shelves.
Operates on 230 Volts AC Single phase 50 Hz.

Vertical Autoclave are designed and fabricated for steam sterilization process to Kill micro-organism through the application of saturated steam under pressure to suit various I. S. standards application in the growing field of Medical, Agricultural Institution, Bio-Chemical Industrial, Research laboratories and Various Industries.

Heat Exchanger:The electrical heat exchanger transfer latent heat to the clean fill water to generated steam under pressure.
Water Level Control:Low water level cut off electronic circuit protects the electrical heat exchanger from low water level inside the chamber, this Cut’s off the power supply to the heat exchanger.
Steam Outlet:Steam generated from the unit is raised and exits through the electrically operated steam Purging solenoid valve from the outlet ( GMP model)
